cold stone, 2 snickers minis, and a half a bag of keebler cookies, I am starting to mentally prepare myself for working out. I am still debating on if I want to wake Charlie (and my self) up at 5am just to drive to the far side of base to get on an elliptical for 30-40 minutes...or...stay home and do a workout DVD in my PJs. I just want to be realistic. Why set myself up for failure, right? Why can't the gym be closer...gosh...and I guess the waking Charlie thing up really sucks too! She is so spoiled with me staying home with her most of the time.
